HATTIES NO COOK CUCUMBER PICKLES | |
7-8 cucumbers 3 lg. onions, sliced thin Mix together: 1 1/4 tbsp. turmeric 1 1/4 tbsp. mustard seed 4 c. cider vinegar 1 1/4 tbsp. celery seed 1/2 c. plain salt Mix until sugar dissolved, do not heat. Fill container with cucumbers and onions. Stir liquid well, pour over cucumbers, refrigerate. Allow at least 5 days before using. Will keep at least 9 months in refrigerator. |
