HAM AND POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 ham steak, 1/2 inch thick
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (5.5 oz. box) Au Gratin potatoes
2 1/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. milk

1. Trim fat and heat to render 2 tablespoons of fat drippings.

2. Remove leftover fat and saute onions in drippings.

3. Stir in box potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water and milk. Cut ham into bite size pieces; add to potatoes. Stir frequently; lower heat; cover. Simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 6 servings. Serve with biscuits and a vegetable.
