BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1/2 can mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion, salt and pepper and broccoli in medium mixing bowl. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Melt 3/8 stick butter in medium saucepan and add stuffing mix. Sprinkle on top of casserole last. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
