BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Season salt
Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Before cooking, sprinkle top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
