BREAD STUFFING 
1 lg. onion, chopped (1 c.)
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. chicken broth or 6 to 12 beaten eggs
14 c. cubed bread (about 28 slices)
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Saute onion and celery in butter. Stir in salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and parsley. Add bread, then eggs or broth. Stir well. Stuff turkey.
