SANTA'S FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. milk chocolate chips or bars
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. chopped nuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk, salt, and butter in a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly (if you don't this one will burn). Add remaining ingredients. Stir until chocolate is melted and ingredients are well blended. Pour into buttered jelly roll pan. Chill until firm. Makes 4 pounds.
