GRANDPA'S POOR MAN'S DISH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cans tomato soup 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 can water Brown ground beef. Pour off excess fat. Add onion and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soup and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles per package directions. Drain and add butter to noodles. Combine with beef mixture. |
