CRUNCHY CHICKEN 'N RICE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 1/2 c. hot, cooked rice
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Combine Cheese Whiz and rice; mix well. Add chicken, peas, and half of onions; mix lightly. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with remaining onions; continue baking 5 minutes or until onions are lightly browned.
