CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 oz. French fried onions, crushed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 fryer, cut up
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine cheese, onions, crumbs and seasonings, mix well. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk. Coat with cheese mixture. Place in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
