MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground round
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and mold into balls (I use ice cream scoop). Brown on all sides. May be put in muffin tins and browned in the oven (350 degrees).

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. consomme
1/2 c. cream
1 sm. can of mushrooms
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Sauterne wine
2 twigs of rosemary

Simmer meatballs in sauce to keep warm until ready to serve.
