1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk

Combine butter, flour, and pecans; press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Put on crust. Beat milk and instant pudding together for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over cake; refrigerate until set, then top with more Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
