HELEN'S HAM AND BROCCOLI ROYAL 
1 1/2 bunch broccoli, cut and precooked
6 tbsp. melted butter, divided
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
4 c. cubed ham
2 c. cooked rice
8 oz. sliced cheese

Saute onion in 4 tablespoon melted butter. Stir in flour and pepper; gradually add milk. Cook until thickened. Add hamburger and cook 2 minutes. Put in bowl. Spoon rice into skillet, top with broccoli; pour ham mixture over the top. Top with cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons butter. Heat at 220 degrees for 10 minutes until heated. Serves 8.
