CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 large can of Hershey chocolate syrup

Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together, flour, baking powder and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Beat well. Add chocolate syrup and mix.

Bake at 350°F in 9 x 13 inch pan about 35 minutes or until done.

Icing:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix first 3 ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour over cake.
