STRAWBERRY PIES 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup

Bake two 9-inch pie crusts. Put strawberries in pie crust. Cook ingredients until thick, pour over strawberries when cool. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
