SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. squash, cooked and drained and mashed
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Stir all together and add 1 well-beaten egg. Put in casserole and add cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
