HORSERADISH APPLE-PINE DIP 
1 sm. jar horseradish
2 sm. jars apple jelly
2 sm. jars pineapple jam (preserves)
Coarse ground pepper to taste
1 can Coleman's mustard

Mix all ingredients, tasting as you add the mustard, to your own taste. You may wish to use less than a can of mustard. Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
