REFRIGERATOR PAN ROLLS 
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
5 1/4 c. flour
1 c. warm water

Combine hot water, sugar, salt and butter. Cool to luke warm. Dissolve the dry yeast in the warm water. Beat until smooth. Add remaining flour. Turn out on lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl turn to grease top. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Punch down and shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush with butter when removed from oven. Makes 2 dozen.
