RAVIOLI 
1 lb. cooked chicken, ground
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) can spinach
3 eggs
2 med. onions
1/4 lb. Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. each pepper, nutmeg, allspice
Noodle dough (not dried)

Stew meat, onions and garlic together. Grind meat, onion, garlic and spinach very fine. Add eggs, cheese and seasoning to the mixture. Spread between layers of dough; seal with raw egg. Cut into 2 inch squares. Drop into boiling water and allow to cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Drain. Pour favorite red sauce (spaghetti sauce) over and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
