INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 (1 lb.) cans spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. bow tie noodles
1 c. sharp processed American cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Brown first 3 ingredients in salad oil. Cook spinach according to package; drain. Keep liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Stir spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients. Spread in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
