RAVIOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. shell noodles
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped & drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. salad oil

Brown meat and onion in Dutch oven or in saucepan. Drain grease. Add to meat mixture: water, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt, noodles and cheese. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cook spinach, drain and add bread crumbs, eggs and salad oil. Spread spinach mixture into greased casserole. Top with meat sauce. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
