INSIDE-OUT RAVIOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped medium onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 (1 lb.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. ready-cut, large macaroni
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well-beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Cook macaroni. Brown beef, onions, and garlic in salad oil. Cook spinach according to directions; drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup. Stir spinach liquid and spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper into meat mixture.

Combine shredded sharp cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, and salad oil. Spread in oblong baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
