MOCK RAVIOLI 
2 med. sized onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. salad oil
2 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs

Saute onions and garlic in oil, add meat and cook. Stir with fork until browned, add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 2 hours.

PART 2:
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. chopped spinach
1/2 c. minced parsley
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt

Mix all together.

PART 3:
1 lb. butter, cooked until tender, drained

To Assemble: Put layer of cooked macaroni in greased baking dish, top with layer of spinach mixture, add layer of meat mixture. Repeat layers until all mixtures are used with meat layer on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
