MOCK RAVIOLI 
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground round
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 med. can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. sage or Italian spice
Salt & pepper to taste

Simmer 2 hours. Mix together: 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. salad oil 1 clove garlic mashed with 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 tsp. oregano 4 eggs, beaten

Boil 1 pound butterfly macaroni until tender. Rinse and drain and arrange in layers of macaroni, spinach and sauce. Cover with grated cheese and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 16.
