MOCK RAVIOLI 
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp. oil
2 lbs. ground beef
14 oz. mushrooms
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 1/2 cans water
1 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

PART II:

1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Italian cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

PART III:

1 lb. cooked butterfly macaroni
