PUFF PASTRY 
9 oz. sifted flour
7 oz. butter
2 c. water
8 eggs

In a sauce pan melt butter with water. Add flour. Stir and cook until mixed. Take off the heat. Add the 8 whole eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Put back on the heat for a minute and mix. On a greased cookie sheet, put a glob of mixture (a rounded tablespoon). Cook 45 to 50 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Cool and split. Fill with ice cream, fruit or whipped cream. Pour sauce (i.e., chocolate) over top.
