CHOCOLATE RIVAL BARS 
CRUMB CRUST AND TOPPING:

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal

FILLING:

Melt together in double boiler: 15 oz. Eagle Brand milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt
