SWEET AND SOUR BEAN BAKE 
1 can pork and beans
2 cans dried lima beans
1 can green lima beans
1 can kidney beans
8 strips bacon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
4 lg. onions in rings
Pepper to taste

Drain all beans except baked beans. Mix. Fry bacon until crisp; drain and set aside. To the bacon grease, add sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Dissolve. Add onions and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix with beans. Put in casserole (8 1/2 x 14) and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Crumble bacon on top of beans and serve.
