TUNA MELT 
1 can tuna, packed in water, drained
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped pickle or pickle relish
2 tbsp. Cheddar cheese, cubed (1/4 inch cubes)
2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
3 slices bread

Mix together all ingredients except bread. Spread mix on bread and broil in oven until lightly browned. This recipe also good for cold tuna salad sandwiches. Use 6 slices bread for cold sandwiches.
