TUNA MELT 
6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 hard cooked egg or egg white, finely chopped
1 green onion, minced
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
4 English muffin halves or 4 slices toast
1/4 c. shredded cheddar, American or Monterey Jack cheese or 4 thin slices of cheese

Combine tuna, celery, onion, egg, onion, relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spread 1/4 of the mixture over 1 of the muffin halves or a slice of toast. Top with shredded cheese or a cheese slice.

To microwave: Place muffins or toast on a round plate in a circle. Heat on high for 1 minute or until heated through and cheese melts. To broil in oven; place muffins or toast on a baking sheet or broiler tray. Place about 4 inches from source of heat from broiler and broil just until cheese melts. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
