"GOOOOOOD" COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. corn starch
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and bake in 2 round pans in 350 degree oven. Cool and split each layer in half.

ICING AND FILLING:

1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. sugar
12 oz. Angel Flake coconut
1 sm. carton Cool Whip (1 c.)

Mix sour cream, sugar, and coconut together and chill. Take one cup out and set aside. Spread the rest between the layers. Then mix Cool Whip and 1 cup filling and spread on top and sides. Put in air-tight container.
