SWISS CHEESE CHICKEN 
6 to 8 deboned chicken breasts
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sherry
2 c. herb season stuffing mix
Salt & pepper
Butter

Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Place in casserole dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Mix together soup and sherry, pour over cheese. Place stuffing on top of casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
