TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Lettuce
Tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/3 c. ripe olives
1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed corn chips

Brown beef, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning, olives. Line ungreased pie pan with crescent rolls. Sprinkle bottom of crust with 1 cup corn chips. Add meat, then spread sour cream. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with rest of chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crust is brown. Top with lettuce, tomato, and olives.
