1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
1/2 stick butter (soft)
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush Oreo's, put in 9x13 pan half of them. Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

In another bowl add instant pudding, milk and vanilla. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pour over crumbs. Top with remaining Oreo crumbs.
