1 stick melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 lg. pkg. Oreos
2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Crust: take all the white centers off the chocolate cookies and save. Crush chocolate cookies and add melted butter and sugar. Mix and spread half in a 9 x 13 pan.

Filling: Mix vanilla pudding, milk, softened cream cheese and cream centers from Oreos. Stir in Cool Whip.

Add filling on top of crust mixture. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top of filling. Refrigerate.
