TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long white wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. chicken or turkey

Prepare rice as directed on package. Cook celery and onions in butter. In 2 quart casserole, mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Stir before serving.
