VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
2 sticks pkg. Ritz crackers

Mix together Veg-All and grated cheese. Add onion, mayonnaise and chicken soup. Mix well with spoon. In a casserole dish, crumble a layer of Ritz crackers. Add half of mixture. Crumble another layer of crackers and add remaining mixture. Put another layer of crackers on top. Add a half stick of melted butter on top and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
