1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all together and bring to a boil. Marinade meat for 2-3 hours. When grilling, add melted butter to marinade and brush on vegetables.
