TURKEY KABOBS | |
MARINADE: 1 c. white wine 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. powdered sugar 3 garlic cloves Mix marinade ingredients. 1 1/2 lbs. turkey filets or tenderloins 1 lg. green pepper 1 lg. red pepper 12 mushrooms (med. size) Cut turkey and peppers (removing seeds) into 1 inch pieces. Place in marinade and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Alternate turkey, peppers and mushrooms on skewers. Grill over coals 10 to 15 minutes until fork tender, turning frequently. Serves 6. |
