VEAL KABOB 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. veal cubes
Pepper wedges
Cherry tomatoes
Onion wedges
Mushroom caps
Fresh loaf bread cubes, soft

MARINADE:

1/4 to 1/3 c. wine vinegar or wine or sherry
1/4 to 1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Pepper to taste

Marinade veal overnight. Thread skewers with veal and vegetables. If bread cubes included, place by veal. Barbecue and enjoy!
