TURKEY AND MUSHROOM KABOBS 
36 cubes roast turkey
1 c. Italian dressing
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drainedlg. green pepper, cut into 1" sq.
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes

Marinate turkey in dressing several hours. Thread 6 skewers by alternating turkey and pineapple with green pepper and mushrooms. Reserve marinade. Broil or grill kabobs. Brush with marinade during cooking. Cool 7 minutes, 5 inches from heat. Turn. Cool 23 minutes. Place cherry tomatoes on end of each skewer. Cook 25 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
