CHARLIE'S NOT SO SECRET STUFFING 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Swift's Premium sausage (skinless)
1 lb. seasoned bread crumbs
2 quarter lb. sticks of butter
3 c. Wyler's chicken bouillon
1 med. onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. oregano

Put the bread crumbs and bouillon to 1 side for now. Brown the beef and 1/2 the ingredients in a deep frying pan. Scoop it out and place on top of half the bread crumbs; place the remaining 1/2 of bread crumbs on top of this. Brown the sausage in the same manner. Scoop it out and place on top of the first batch. Dilute the bouillon cubes in a 1/2 cup of hot water. Add to the mixture. Pour 2 1/2 cups cold water over the mixture. Blend thoroughly by hand.

Stuff mixture inside a 20 to 24 pound turkey and put remainder of stuffing in another pan. Roast it all together. If you have followed these instructions carefully, you're going to wonder what you'll do with the leftovers. Rest easy, here won't be any.
