ICE CREAM KOLACKY | |
4 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 lb. butter, softened 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened 2 cans Solo pie filling or use preserves or jam Measure flour and blend with sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine meal. Add softened ice cream and blend. Chill overnight. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut into rounds or squares. Fill centers with filling. Pinch corners together for squares. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes 10 dozen 2 inch rounds. |
