1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
Fresh strawberries or any fruit for garnish or pie filling

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar, blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fruit or pie filling.
