NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar; blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well.

Spoon into crust; chill until set at least four hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
