NO BAKE CHEESECAKE 
1 ready crust graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip topping
Any fruit filling for garnish

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fruit. Prepare crust according to crust instructions.
