PUTTANESCA SAUCE 
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
Fresh basil or dried
1/4 c. white wine
Parsley
2 tbsp. capers
1/4 c. black olives
1/4 c. chopped anchovies
Do not add any salt
Pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
Parmesano cheese for top

Saute' garlic in olive oil until golden (not brown). Add tomatoes and all other ingredients except Parmesano cheese. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over cooked linguine. Sprinkle Parmesano cheese on top.
