1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Pour over cereal in large bowl, stirring to coat. Put powdered sugar in a sack or large covered plastic bowl; add mixture and shake. Take cereal apart that sticks together and shake again. Could be divided into 3 smaller amounts. Stores well in covered plastic bowl.
