FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant butterscotch pudding
Nuts for top

Mix together first 3 ingredients, put in 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and fold in Cool Whip. Put on top of crust, chill.

Mix milk with butterscotch pudding. When it starts to thicken, pour over chilled mixture. Let set 1 hour, then put more Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
