SOUTHWEST STEW 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. diced onions
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes (chopped), use liquid
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans (drain)
1 can (17 oz.) corn (drain)
1 can picante sauce
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Brown beef and onions; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes. Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese. Great with corn bread!
