CARAMEL ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. oatmeal (quick)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping

Mix together. Put in 9x9 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Stir up and crumble while warm. Take 1/2 crumbs and press in bottom of pan.

Drizzle 1/2 of caramel topping over crumbs. Spread ice cream over crumbs. Pour remaining caramel over ice cream, then sprinkle on the rest of crumbs. Refreeze.
